To start, you can select the Free Plan service to begin consulting, then choose the Pro Plan to have our agent help you take care of everything from products sourcing, product customization, production follow-up, and quality inspection to DDP shipping.
If you have supplier resources but need us for quality inspection and LCL or FCL shipping, you can go after Basic Plan.
If you have sourcing requests for additional services, like hiring China labor, full inspection, you can learn more about Extra Plan.

Firstly you need to submit an inquiry, telling us what products you want or how we can help you. Then we will assign you an agent to provide you with the following services for free.
After the Free Plan, you probably get competitive product prices from our suppliers. Then you can enjoy our Pro Plan your agent will handle all things from manufacturing to delivery. You can choose either to purchase from our suppliers or yours.
You can enjoy all the following services by paying a 5-10% service fee based on the product value of each order. (Pro Plan service rate is attached in the following)

According to our commission rate chart, we will charge you 9% as a sourcing service fee.

Product Sourcing and Cost Evaluation – As per your product requirement, your agent will search for all the possible supplier details and provide you with the most competitive price quotes. He/she can also help you evaluate the total cost of mass production, shipping, and customs duty to your country.
Free Consulting Services – We offer free consulting for any pieces of knowledge related to products, import & export, certifications, etc. If you have any questions related to Chinese business, you can feel free to consult us,
Sample Customizing and Collecting – Your agent helps you collect product samples from different suppliers (your suppliers included), check the quality, and ship them to you in one box. Thus, you can save a lot of shipping fees. He/she can also help you customize samples with your logos, and requirements, making them look the same as your bulk order.
Supplier Validation – We can help you verify whether your Chinese suppliers are traders, middlemen, or manufacturers. Usually, we search for the company in the Government Business Database.

Production Follow-up – The production follow-up requires lots of time. Based on the process, it takes 20-60 days. Our agent helps you coordinate with factories and monitor the entire production all the time. It makes ensures products are made according to your requirements. This is the core value of the Pro Plan because we help you save huge time.
Customize Packaging, Private Label Solutions – For branding needs, you can create a private label or add a logo to the current products. Your agent assists you in all kinds of packaging solutions, even if purchasing quantity is small. You always get competitive packaging prices with the requested packaging solutions since we already have many long-term cooperative packaging suppliers.
Free Photography – We can offer up to 3 white background photos of each product for free to support your online business, like Amazon or other E-commerce platforms. Please note: extra white background photos charge $5 each.
INSPIRATION: This service helps you save $100 at least when compared with asking a Fiverr freelancer to do it. You do not need to send a single product to your photographer to take the picture for you. It surely saves your shipping cost and time as well.
General Quality Inspection – Your agent will open about 20% of cartons and randomly inspect a certain number of products in each carton. If there are defective products found, he/she will help negotiate with suppliers to fix the problem on your behalf before cargo shipping out of China.
INSPIRATION: By charging a 5% service fee, we can do unlimited inspection times until the defect issue is solved. Comparably, if you hire 3rd party inspection companies by yourself, they usually charge $200-$300/person/day, and they can only report problems without helping you fix them. They typically inspect a very little number of products of each batch unless you hire more inspectors.
Free Warehouse – Our warehouse in China can be one month free of use. You can take the time to purchase more products and store them in our warehouse. After the one-month free warehouse period expires, we will charge a $10/CBM/month warehousing fee from the 2nd month.
Freight Consolidation – You may have different shipments from different manufacturers and suppliers or different batches. We are always ready to receive your products and consolidate them into one shipment to save the shipping cost.
Shipping Arrangement – We help you ship products from China to your address in any country, including Amazon warehouses, via Express, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. In the meanwhile, we take care of all import & export processes. We have multiple long-term cooperative freight forwarders. Therefore, you always get a competitive shipping quote from us.

In case you have your suppliers but need QC, freight consolidation, and shipping

Extra Plan
Additional services to support your business, quoted case by case
Hiring the Labor Force in China – We are ready to hire China workers to do any labor works like packing, bundling products, labeling, FNSKU sticking, etc. The labor cost is $5 per hour.
One by one Inspection – We can help you inspect every product according to your requirement, and we only charge $5/hour. With this service, we help you reduce the defect rate to 0, which means you won’t get any bad reviews from customers. Amazon FBA sellers or other online sellers are highly recommended.
Customized Box Layout – We can help you create the customized box layout for your box design. As long as you can provide the dimensions, we can do it for you, even if you do not use our Pro/Basic Plan.
Warehouse Storage – We offer free warehouses for one month for Pro/Basic Plan.
Dropshipping Fulfillment – We can help Shopify or other online platform E-commerce sellers dropshipping from China. Our dropshipping mode is more like Amazon FBA. Our company acts as the FBA center. You keep a small amount of inventory in our warehouse for quick fulfillment. We fulfill your order with Yunexprss or other International small package providers.
